I believe supported leaders kick ass and create magic all around them. My niche is working with leaders and companies who value innovation, create structures of support, and crave growth. The sweet spot of this collides in the first 6 months in role, thus my specialty of onboarding coaching. Using the Co-Active model, we design an alliance that supports a warm, authentic, and stimulating environment. We create an individualized experience that is based from my tried and true style of supportive drive & warm championing. With this approach, we will help you grow your leadership to be engaged, meaningful, and purposeful.
